You can get AA miles from Citi. I doubt that USB will be able to transfer to AA, since it's exclusive to Citi.
I'm not expecting USB points to be transferrable to AAdvantage. I was responding to another poster who wrote, "eh, 1.5cpp [sic] is decent redemption." AA miles can be worth much more than 1.5 cpm.
