Since the the new thank you card, phone alerts stopped even though it is on in manage account. Email alerts still come. Side note, never was able to enable authorized user card alerts and finally gave up on that. CS couldn't help with that. Hesitant to try fixing this as I have very little trust in CS. Anyone have any tricks.
