Sure I'm not a high priority customer, I'm only Silver, but this does seem a bit ridiculous.
When are the best times to call for a Silver? Early am? The line is marked as freephone and 24 hours. I have been getting on with my life while on hold, so not a problem for me although I would like to get through and sort out my issue (changing the return date on a reward flight).
In half an hour or so I will have to hang up and go to bed.
8am-8pm for the UK centre on the silver line is best - will go through now to others India/USA. 2hrs is long tho, unless distribution is on? If not urgent I would hang up and ring at 8am on your dedicated silver line number.
