Never had problems with service in the Loft (while I had it in other lounges, even BA Galleries First at LHR T5). There are also often carts around where you can bring your used cups/plates/glasses.

On the other side, I really hope they will improve the (dire) catering, but that has no relation with refurbs/renovations.
