Premium economy should theoretically be my go-to product. I want to do more longhaul trips but I can't handle economy on long flights and there's only so many business tickets I can buy in a year. Premium economy should strike the balance between the two options, but it's usually so much more expensive than regular economy (and so little cheaper than business) that I haven't encountered a single occasion when I'd find it reasonable value for money. It's a little upgrade for economy for 50+% of the upcharge to business.

To make things worse, Premium Economy seems to get overbooked more often than other classes so the chance of finding yourself in economy at the end are quite high.
