If you had a single booking connecting from AC, I wonder what that would mean for baggage allowances, which are significantly more restrictive on Harbour Air.

The last 3 times my wife and I needed to go from Victoria to Vancouver where we used Harbour Air, I just chartered a Dash-2. Better control of schedule, but it also removes the issue of the tight baggage allowance.
