Support Ticket always says īResolvedī and never is Resolved
I am one of the unfortunate QR Platinums who has to submit multiple support tickets in the hope of getting partner miles to post. Everytime I file a request, QR Customer Service marks the issue as īResolvedī, when it is not even close to being resolved, and I have to re-file the request weeks later. I canīt tell them about this, because they will just say īResolvedī. Is there any effective way of communicating with QR Customer Service? The Chat function is no better in my experience, unfortunately.
