As of right now, you cannot use NW or CO miles to get into AF F. That's because there is no class reciprocity - AF fliers cannot get into non-existent premium cabins on NW or CO.

However, I understand that the new AF J seat is quite good. And they've long been known to have the best food in SkyTeam. Search that forum for more info - I'm sure that there's plenty of comments on the new J class.
