I agree with a lot of what he said. Waiting 20 minutes to be greeted is not a great start.

Not loading olives nor brut is grounds for a small refund.

I never noticed the pillow was dragged out of the overhead bin without being in a cover which is frankly disgusting.

A matress being 5x thinner then Emirates is pretty bad too.

But BA is the only way for me to fly in F as it's the cheapest compared to EK or JAL so I put up with it.
