BA ticket booked with AA miles, cannot access manage my booking

I booked a trip using AA miles: SFO LAX LHR TLS next year which had a minor schedule change, but one of the flight segments changed on the BA side. "Manage my booking" at BA started going to what they call a "disruption recovery screen" which gives me the info on the new flight. There is no "accept changes" button on BA or AA websites. There is no way to access the manage my booking screens on BA (though I can access on AA and Royal Jordanian but not Finnair) which means I cannot access services like OLCI and seat selection for this checkin. I went ahead and changed the SFO LAX flight on AA to an earlier flight, and they reissued the ticket (same record locator) with the new itinerary, same seats. Even once the ticket reissued, I am still getting the disruption recovery screen and am unable to access "manage my booking."

Twitter team, no help (which is rare). AA EXP desk, no help but sent me to BA desk, very nice, also no help. She said everything looked good on her side.

I am posting this on AA instead of BA because it is an AA issued ticket (001) and I believe there is some "accept changes" field on the AA side which needs to be ticked based on how this used to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions beyond "relax and deal with it at the airport next May..."?
