Well if we ignore
Occam's Razor (which would tell me you ARE in the wrong account - an easy mistake if you have logins to multiple account , I have done it) then I suggest the usual. Delete cookies , log out , log in again.
Try not logging in on a Duck Duck type of browser and then accessing MMB from there and then logging as seeing if it makes a difference
You can also try accessing the booking via Finnair or Royal Jordain.
Often things like using another phone, tablet or PC help as does removing your BA frequent flyer number on BA , logging out and then re adding it on Finnair.
Its a pain either way - good luck.
