I have an upcoming stay in January and emailed the hotel about it. Adrian responded "Kindly note that the shuttle bus is a 9‑seater van, and advance reservations are unfortunately not accepted for departures from Shinjuku L‑Tower (near Shinjuku Station West Gate)." and he further recommended taking a taxi. I probably will just use the Tochomae station.
