Zift can be a PITA to redeem.

I bought one from DoorDash earlier this year.
And while I personally have never purchased one of them I have also noticed they use the very same name variation across various retailers with different options to redeem and exclusions. For instance the Zift "For the home" purplish variation sold everywhere online has Amazon as a redemption option while the very same "For the home" card with the same color in the package sold at a local grocery store never provides you with amazon as a redemption option, this is not a new thing and has been the same way for years. For that and many other reasons I'm surprised a team of bored lawyers haven't hit them hard with a class action at this point
