Just booked a double open jaw. Took about an hour on the phone with SAS some of which I was on hold. No booking fee and all on the same itinerary number. She at first insisted that her system could only book destination open jaw, round trio or one way. I asked if she had any idea for a work around that didn’t involve an OTA as I didn’t want the potential problems associated with them. I stayed friendly and was ready with flight numbers etc. After a short chat she seemed understanding of my predicament and said “I’ll give it a try”. After a little while my credit card was charged and had my confirmation email in hand. It ended up within a few dollars of the price Chase travel and Expedia had offered up. Ideally i would have booked PE one way and business the other however I was happy to take this as a win. So yes it’s possible with right agent or possibly much HUCA.
