We did indeed have the expected adjustment. I went off on a business trip at the same time as the family went home.

All nTPs for BA holiday spend were delivered and quite quickly - approx 10 days after the holiday completion the bonus nTPs appeared. I received no bonus tier points for the flight i did not use but the rest of the family did.

I’m currently sitting at 57,000 nTPs for the year so whilst not desperate for them it all adds up.

I would agree that the prior poster took a very tough line. Most holidays we are booking fairly well in advance and the nature of my work
means that there can be business trips that can just appear in the diary. Totally agree not to receive the bonus tier points but the holiday spend still remained so it seems fair to receive the appropriate nTPs for the spend.
