AS410 12-7-25. Meal = none

3:40pm flight from ORD to SEA. Upon shutting doors FA announced that since our incoming plane had arrived the night before, there would be no catering of food, because all flights at Chicago are double catered in Seattle. Having taken the morning flights many times in the past, I can attest that they do cater in Chicago. In first we got our choice of "boxed snacks". The beverages were fully catered. AS seems to send out texts and emails for all kinds of upcoming flight problems, like no wifi, but not this time. Nobody had any advance notice. My big question is, is it true that AS no longer caters meals at ORD?
