One thing I noticed last month is they automatically remove the cards from your wallet once you fully drain them, not instantly but within 24 hours. In the past I remember having to manually remove them as well, probably irrelevant to your problem but don't have any other cards to test this myself, and probably the majority of people here won't have any of them moving forward

Edit: Another thing I noticed just now is that you're no longer able to purchase gift cards on the SYW platform if you're not fully paying the amount of the card with SYW points, even if you have the new SYW card. I was just about to ask if anyone ever had experience with Zift cards having amazon as an available option on them, since they currently have 10% bonus
