but i still asking I want it to be added on January although I paid it on Dec (to get this 4000 reward points), so same as the FAQ in the accorplus website which is "first day of new membership year for renewing member" = 01/01/2026).. currently no conclusion yet..
As stated, because it's a renewal, you will receive 30 nights after your new membership year begins, so in January next year for you, even if you pay in December.
The CS agent got confused/is not trained properly, and gave you an information concerning a first subscription (in this case the 30 nights would indeed be added the next day following the payment).
