the telemarketing even offer 2x2000 reward points if I renew ontime (when the email comes - December 2025), and added 2000 reward points for any new member joined (by giving phone number to them).
But when I asked the status night added on Dec 2025 or Jan 2026, they cannot answer it for sure..
your membership expires on 31/12/2025 so it's normal that during the month prior to the expiration you get a reminder to renew, it often comes with the bonus points as an incentive to renew
once renewed, it will start over on Jan 1st and you will get your status nights and the bonus points
