That is my strategy, has worked well.
Hope and expectations belong in different buckets.
Between my nominee, same PNR pax, same flight different PNR pax and myself, we have 23 confirmed/flown upgrades this year. 4 pending for 2026.
Stuck in PY for 4 flights between us all.
Rest were on the Q400.
Pretty darn happy with that outcome, exceeded both my hopes and expectations.
