If anyone is in the market for a luggage cover fitting the Cabin Plus, I recently purchased one from Blu 341. Will have it just-in-case of checking the bag. Can put the cover on in 1 minute — not bad.

It was tough finding one that fit as most are made for Cabin R / Cabin S. The clear ones on Amazon or Temu look pretty shoddy. This one is made of durable nylon with reinforced corners.

They have a warehouse in the US and ship from there for domestic orders (with other distribution centers elsewhere). With the Plus being oversized, this provides some reassurance in the unlikely event of the bag being checked. Will just stow this in my backpack or inside the Plus.
