Unable to make seat assignment
We are traveling in March from San Diego to Brussels via LHR. We have booked business but it is a code-share with AA. We have a record identifier from BA. When I attempt to select seats using the BA website, it recognizes the reservation and ticketing just fine, but when I try to go to select a seat, an error message pops up saying there's a technical problem, try later. I tried later, but it still didn't work.
Is March too far out to make a seat selection in Business? Just wondering how to proceed. Or do they not like code-shares? I recall doing this before with no problem.
