Preferred AF/KL seats immediately after booking is one of the main reason for me to reach every year at least PM
but it seems this benefit is now random
Anyway i'm 100% sure it's a sort of bug
It doens't make sense that i have all the economy comfort selection free, but exit row or duo seats only option is paying.
it happens in both MEX-AMS and AMS-FCO
And it's also a shame that klm agents don't know delta PM and DM benefits
