i really can't undestand what he mean????
So I can select my Delta/outbound seats on Delta.com (or app), KLM.com, and VirginAtlantic.

However, I could ONLY select KLM seats on KLM (although this just changed a couple days ago - as I'm two weeks out - so Delta allows it, but Virgin does not:"This flight is provided by another airline.
You'll need to contact them directly to select your seat."
I also have THREE PNR's.
