Alaska calls J "First" here: no, it is not. The bar is a bit higher in Int'l for that.

Premium? once again no. W is not a 9 across TATL.

And of course the cost: BA First (not J) was booked at 105k and $625ish (LIS-LHR-ORD-SEA)
