I notice it shows me 57.5k points + $427 before getting to the cart screen and dropping back to 60k points + $227.73. Something in their "simplified" roundtrip pricing is broken until you get to the final screen.
Also if you combine with a partner ticket and connect via LHR the fees really jump (as well as mileage cost). Despite cutting the $136 GB and reducing the $68 UB to $41.50 correctly, they then add in $174.60 "Alaska Airlines imposed surcharge." This is a static amount regardless of which partner you're connecting on to LHR and which city you're originating from. They add on this YQ and YR only if you're tacking on a connection, not if you're originating in LHR and flying only AS metal.
