QR Award flight - No checked baggage allowance
I booked a coach award KHI-DOH using Atmos rewards. The standard checked bag allowance on this trip is 20kg however Qatar Airways informed me that there will be no checked baggage allowance offered on this trip as the ticket was issued by Alaska. I am OW Sapphire, but even with that they are not offering any checked baggage allowance . Any Feedback from the group on how to handle this.. I tried HUCA but got same response from every agent
