Does anyone know if paying for a Frontier carry-on will trigger the BoA Premium Rewards $100 incidental credit? I’ve seen confirmed DPs for Frontier checked bags, but I haven’t come across anything specific to carry-on fees.

Also, if the total ends up split into two charges (eg. $60 now and $60 later), would the credit trigger on the first $60 and then again for the remaining $40? Or does the charge need to be a single amount that’s fully within the unused portion of the $100 credit? I know, for instance, that charges over $100 won’t trigger at all, at least for the PR.
