I had a pretty bad stay here last month as well, numerous issues which included the worst and most inedible room service food I’ve ever had in my life. Breakfast was fine during my stay though and was the full menu the entire time and not a buffet. Quality and variety was below average for a US Thompson, but higher than an average US regency lounge for sure.
It seems like they’re struggling a bit going through some transitions and other issues, but I had a lengthy discussion with management here and they seemed really receptive to all my feedback, so I definitely agree this hotel isn’t FHR worthy currently but I hope they can improve for the future.
