I have friends, a father and son, who have the same exact name. Each flies about 25k miles per year, but almost never together. Could they, in theory, use one FF number, and possibly end up as PLT instead of each being GLD? Their driver's licenses say the exact same name, and neither says Jr. or Sr. on it. Would anyone ever find out? It seems that since they rarely fly together, each being able to use that PLT memebership would be much more useful to them.
