THERE is really something weird going on
Today i bought for me and my gf an award (main cabin) with the leg mex-ams-fco operated by KLM
I logged in klm app
the ff # were not filled
filled them and the incuded baggage increased from 2 to 4, so the ff was recognized
Then opened the seat MAP. my gf (silver) can only have standard free seats and tha't OK
me, DM, can select free economy comfort, but NOT the exit row or duo.
I did select economy comfort for free, but if i want the exit row i have to pay 70 eur
contacted klm on whatapp , and they say my status doesn't have the benefit of that seats and i need to pay
But 10 days ago, another KLM agent assigne me for free the exit row as a benefit for being DM
so what???
