Got status matched to TP Gold.

I noticed on my account that the Gold requalification criteria is showing as 20000 status miles or 40 TP flights.

20000 is usually the requalification for TP Silver.

I am assuming this is an IT glitch, otherwise a roundtrip to south America in J would almost requalify for another year of gold.

Update - As of 5 January 2026, the requalification criteria on my account changed to the expected 70000 miles. So it was definitely an IT glitch.
