Yeah, I've succeeded as well, but I think it was an error on UA's part.

So we still don't know if, post change, we can OFFICIALLY apply PP to awards from non-GS/1K accounts?

Truthfully, this could have value for me. Non-GS Spouse is sitting on a large balance which we never use, since awards can't be upgraded. Would be nice if we could start drawing that balance down. OH, AND THAT'S ANOTHER THING. Awards from pooled accounts can not currently be upgraded with PP, even if one of the pooling members is a GS. Do we believe this might change?
