I never understood the limitation.....it will certainly reduce the sting out of probably losing GS next year. But GS clears into PN anyways, so they would still have more availability and clear first on a waitlist. Also, I've noticed that whenever there's PN availability, there's generally also IN availability....so someone could just pony up more miles and take the seat anyways.
