Hello
My friends are travelling with their newborn on BA7 to Tokyo on 10th December. At the point of booking they were advised they can’t book a bassinet until 24 to 48 hours before departure.
They’ve now called up and been advised there are no bassinets on this particular aircraft.

Is this correct? I presumed all long haul aircraft would have this option?

I don’t have any personal experience with this, and appreciate any tips I can provide them.
