Well, to answer my own question, the preselection menu matched the inflight menu.
Just in case anyone is considering some of the dishes, I tried the Iberico Pork Cheeks which apparently is a collaboration with Mezzaluna (?) at Lebua and while it may sound good on paper it was not for me. Aside from the dish being served lukewarm at best, the pork cheeks portion was generous, but much tougher / harder than I would have expected (usually this stuff falls apart easily). The shitake mushroom with the rice filling lacked seasoning and I still don't know what that other side was supposed to be, super tough so left it. The carrots were the best part
