I called Bodega in SF, which is one of the few SF restaurants for the $300 annual dining credit, and their AI voice prompt told me that they use a different payment system (Toast) for take-out orders than for dining in. However, when I further enquired about the payment system they use for dining in, the automated answer responded with Toast as well.

I know that, for Amex Resy dining credit, take-out orders do not qualify for their $100 quarterly Resy dining credit unless they are processed via Toast.

In my case above, can I assume that my take out order with Bodega will qualify for my Chase Reserve $150 semi-annual dining credit?
I ordered takeout from Bodega and got my credit nearly instantly. You just need to order in-person to avoid the Doordash takeout system.

Separately, there is no requirement for Toast to process your purchase to get the Amex Resy credit.
