Inspired by
mike28 and AI to help with formulas that didn't convert nicely to Google Sheets, here's a refined version which tracks distance-based earning of Atmos status and points.

The shared Google Sheet is view only. You'll need to save a copy.
Some important context:
Alaska Airlines has announced changes for "later in 2026", allowing Atmos rewards members to select distance, price, or segments and even change once during the year, This unknown makes it challenging for someone to address these multiple earning types. Instead, this initial effort is
focused on distance based earning, which is how I suspect I'll be able to earn the most points.
Some items worth noting:
- There is an option under Airline called Rewards-status where you can manually enter elite status points earned by credit card or other promotions. These points are treated like earned miles but do not accumulate bonuses.
- Also, accounting for credit card point bonuses and other promotions, there is an option under Airline called Rewards-other. These points only add to the total Atmos points, column Q.
- I've hidden all but the main worksheet and some notes. There is no protection on any other cells or ranges. If you break something, you will need to fix it.
Also, a few items still missing which need to be figured out:
- It seems there may be a different earning rate for Hawaiian flights. There is currently no dropdown for Hawaiian Airlines which may need to be added to take this into account, if someone can explain this to me. Aren't all Hawaiian flights now AS flights?
Finally, my understanding of Google Sheets (and Excel) is highly AI inspired, which helped me get this far. I plan to use this calculator next year to stay on track with my points and hope it adds some value for you as well. If you have feedback or errors, I'll do my best to correct those. I'm also optimistic that others can build on this.
