And when you click on the extra baggage allowance link it still doesn't immediately cover a cabin allowance. It's all a bit ridiculous to permit a TPPS pax 4 bags*32kg each (in J on US flights) for free and then have an issue over 2 bags*7kg where one might be over 7kg. It doesn't make any sense.

The rule is displayed at check in. For Bus/First/Suites, 2 carry on bags are allowed upto 7 kg each. For Economy, 1 bag of 7 kg each.

Additionally, 1 smaller bag of 3 kg is allowed in both classes (If I recall correctly) for items such as laptops etc.
