I am increasingly getting frustrated by our population's inability to efficiently use tools like search... or the ability to a minimal amount of research. Apparently just asking the world is perceived as the easiest solution to all problems. This morning I came across a thread on a reddit forum (unrelated to airlines) where the question was, essentially: "Hey, I just came across this software product (that the forum deals with). How does it work?" And people promptly started writing lengthy explanations when the product's actual website has a very clear and well-thought-out description. And then they started arguing with each other because ... reddit.
In this case, even Google AI has figured out how and when Alaska posts credit card status points.
