my experience is aisle G is always only used for J/JGC/Sapphire during the morning rush (probably until 12 ish) due to all the EUR/Asia/US departures. In the afternoon/evenings when things quite down, they put J counters at the left half of aisle F and Emerald at the other half of aisle F.

If you check the HND T3 departure board, morning flights use counters F/G/H/I/K, while afternoon flights only use F/G.
