I have called Citi Travel four times to try and rebook with a flight credit they hold.
Each time I somehow supposedly reach the "accomodations department" who cannot book flights. They then tell me that there's only two agents who handle flights and they will have to call me back within the next 3 hours. After asking me for my social security and my birthday for some reason, they then assure me that I will get a call back in the next 3 hours and instead I get a call back at some point in the next two days, which I have missed and thus have not been able to book my flight.
What a cluster for a "premium" product.
