I was at a Kohl's yesterday. They had the usual fast food gift cards.
They also had Amazon and Apple gift cards.
No VGC/MCGC as expected.
it's pretty hard to purchase VGC/MCGC which qualify for the retail offer. I think office stores are the only ones who have the gift cards and count as retail purchases
