The irony is that not once in my last dozen or more departures out of SIN have I seen Scoot seriously attempting to enforce their own LCC carry on restrictions, and even if they did the OP probably would have been fine (they allow 10kg). Come to think of it I haven’t seen enforcement going into SIN either, but wouldn’t be surprised if they did. Surely if 10kg is Ok for Scoot in one bag, it should be OK for SQ?
