I have a five night booking using the Chase card free nights at hotel A. Is there a way to check availability at hotel B without canceling the A reservation? For the same dates.

Hotel B seems to have some rewards nights availability but that doesn't necessarily mean Chase free night availability, correct? I don't want to be in a situation where I cancel A reservation and then can't get in back either.
