Interesting, I thought it was pmUA term.

[trivia] It appears the CRJ200 were first on pmUA
Express Jet's ERJs
RJ upgrades for CO hubs
with pmCO using ExpressJet's ERJ and UA using SkyWest's CRJs.

The earliest use of the term on FT I could find was 2009 The RJ's Are Coming, The RJ's Are Coming )-: in the pmUA forum. I expected earlier as the CRJ200 date back to 2001. [/trivia]
