The issue is going to be that many European countries have, and enforce, occupancy regulations limiting the number of people in a room. Add to the crackdown on illegal Air BnB and it gets more difficult. Have you called Hilton directly? They used to have a special offer of second room at half price for kids/family with a connecting door. This is often not advertised on the website.
There are 2 Doubletree Hotels in Paris and these might be ones that offer connecting rooms and family rooms.
I havent called hilton yet I was waiting until the end of dec as it looks like we cant book this far out on any of the home rental platforms like "paris perfect" or even hilton it just shows as sold out so far. My mom, sister and BIL do not want to be in the same room with us lol I worded it weird I just meant I was not seeing much that would even work for 4 people in a room I keep seeing one double bed and 2 singles type set up for "families". Maybe I just need to do more research.
