Is anyone aware of a major change here? Ownership? Management? I have spent ~25 nights a year here for the past 15 years or so. Most recent stay I had some issues, not unique to this stay, but the chat/text service and other attempts to contact/resolve have been fruitless, and that's the difference from past stays. Texts that used to go to the front desk now go to Never-Never Land, sometimes forwarded, but then silence. Online booking rates which used to include the destination fee now are not clear. Until late October, they were clearly included and deducted at checkout for LTG; no deduction in November.
Anyway, curious about changes and, in any case, advise caution.
