I am trying to cancel a redemption made via BA on EI and when i go through the steps on MMB and I get an error at the very end saying 'We regret that it has not been possible to refund your booking on ba.com. Please contact your local British Airways office'

Is this normal that MMB for canx doesn't work if the metal flown is EI?
