Unless the AK flight is really delayed (> 3-3.5 hrs), you should have enough time. Might want to check what the schedule of the a/c operating your HKT-KUL flight is as the various Air Asias seem to suffer from cumulative delays as the day goes on due to slow boarding/disembarkation especially where only one jet bridge is used. Assume 1 1/2 hrs to exit to landside, 1/2 hr to get to T1 (should be less) to make the T-60(?) check in cutoff with BA
